The rated current of PT bar with aluminum components range from 630A to 5000A, and on PT with copper elements ranging from 1000A to 6300A. PT Line can be supplied in 5 configurations, with up to 6 bars internal:

• - 3P + N + Pe The neutral conductor has same cross-section of the conductor and the earth (Pe-casing) made of aluminum, has cross-section more than 100% of phase conductor.

• - 3P + N + FE + Pe The protective conductor consists of a bar dedicated inside the duct with 100% cross-section of the phase conductor.

• - 3P + N + FE / 2 + Pe The protective conductor consists of a bar dedicated inside the duct with 50% cross-section of the phase conductor.

• - 3P +2 N + Pe The neutral conductor section is double then phase conductor.

• - 3P +2 N + + FE / 2 + Pe The neutral conductor section is double then phase conductor.

POWERTECH has IP55 protection degree as standard, (but can have IP 65-66 if required) however for outdoor installation it is always advised to protect the busbar trunking from direct exposure to the elements using an extra protection/canopy.

Electrical busbar element connection, is achieved by a monoblock system secured with one or more nut/bolts with self-breakable nuts that allow use of a normal wrench without any special tool; monoblock fitting direction is easily intuitable by following the color of ground terminals in contact with this also Monoblocks can only fit in one way, the correct way. In order to complete the installation, simply install the two covers that will ensure the  junction rating IP rating.
